I don't see why not. I wouldn't care if I was your neighbor and you brought them. Though it sounds like a pretty boring evening for your visitors, unless of course, you've got some feisty neighbors.
If your guests are interested in seeing how it works, I bet your neighbors would be glad to have them observe. Maybe after checking it out, they'll start one at home.
I would ask the people who are hosting the meeting if it was ok. If it is in their house they might not have room for extra people.
Personally I wouldn't bring them, I would leave them at my house for the hour or so the meeting is if I really had to go and attend it.
If your meetings are pretty social, maybe. (But I'd call the host first) My first thought is that the guests would probably enjoy a little down time at your home more than having to sit through a meeting of strangers.
