Is it necessary to confirm your transfers?

Hi! I have booked a towncar from Yourride for our upcoming trip. I booked it a few months ago & received a confirmation from them. Is it necessary to call or email Rabbitz a few days before my trip to confirm it again or is that really unnecessary? What do you all do?

Thanks! :)

Better to be "safe"....I plan on calling 48 hours in advance for my "peace of mind"

I just called Yourride to confirm my trip on Wednesday. Then again, I am an obsessive planner and want to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

I, OTOH, did not call to confirm.

When I went down in July, I made my reservation with Yourride on the website and got my confirmation. From that point I figured it was part of the service they contracted for with me to show up on time and fulfill their commitment to transport me when they said they would. And they did. That's why I have nothing but great things to say about their service.

I'm not saying anyone who calls to confirm is wrong. You should do what you conscience tells you.
