Is it likely they will open up more reservations

Planning a trip very last minute...magic kingdom has availability only on one day that we will be there next week. Is it likely they will open up for availability again or is it too close? Should I keep checking the reservation calendar For next week? Thanks for any help.

Park reservation availability changes frequently. People cancel and move plans around. WDW periodically "sweeps" the system to free up any orphaned reservations people didn't cancel when changing plans, etc. I don't know that anybody can guarantee there will be more availability added, but I suggest keep trying. The reservation calendar isn't updated real-time, so try to actually make the new reservation (that does mean cancelling something you have, probably Epcot is best for this).
