is the WDW website a little "off?"

I try to put in our intinerary and get "done with errors" every time. I try to put favorites into my profile, and it says "error on page" and "try again later." And on and on...


It just seems like it's not a very efficient site. Anyone?

I've been having problems navigating the site since they changed it. I finally gave up and started using the uk version: http://home.disney.co.uk/

I have had lots of trouble with it too. I wanted to do the customized maps to put in the gifts we're giving the kids to tell them we are going and it took me a couple of tries to get them to work.

I'd say more than a little off and more NOT informative than anything. I really don't get the information I need from that site. They also often ask me to do a survey for the site, which I'm dying to do, but I get an error when ever I click on the link to the survey LOL!

I did e-mail them about the itinerary thing and they told me to use Safari rather then Internet Explorer. I haven't tried it yet through Safari as I'm skeptical at best.

ETA: I have now tried the itinerary thing through Safari and it worked fine. Only problem is it's pretty worthless, IMO. All it does is let you select what you want to on a given day. It doesn't even give you the options to put times in for anything.
