DDE is Disney Dining Experience card. You have to live in Florida or be an annual passholder.
We are passholders from Michigan so we can't do the DDP but the DDE gets us a 20% discount.
We go to Disney several times a year, this Thursday is the next trip scheduled at the last minute. We are one of those dreaded walk ins and we have never been upset if we don't get in, there are always so many other options, why get upset.
As for anyone not liking me getting there and asking for any available spots, sorry. We own our own business and can't plan 18 months in advance for trips so we go last minute quite often. It works for us, and apparently for Disney because they never turn us away.
I'll let everyone know next week if I get any looks. I will smile and sit next to them and all will be fine because we will be at Disney.
