Is it hard to get a 2BR at OKW in September?

I am trying to plan a trip to OKW in a 2 BR with my parents this September, but my contract doesn't close for another few weeks. Does anyone know if they even have availability in Sept for 2 BRs or if they are hard to get in general?

September should not be difficult as long as you are not going over the Labor Day holiday.
