How cool that you renewed your vows in Hawaii! I'd love to go there. Especially now that Disney has a resort there. But of course it's a pretty penny to stay there. Hawaii looks so beautiful though. The Poly sure does give you a nice taste of it.

To get from park to park on the bus, you have to get on a bus to a resort, then get off and wait for another bus to take you to the next park. The buses only go to resorts from the parks. We found that kind of silly that there wouldn't be a bus to take you to the other parks from the park you are at.

I guess from MK you could take the monorail to the main station, and then just catch another monorail to Epcot, but that's still a lot of work with kids.

It was awesome renewing our vows there.....we did it barefoot in the sand, the minister & his wife sang the Hawaiian Wedding song to us & the 3 older boys stood at our side for it...really a special day for us!!

I looked at the prices for Aulani......OUCH!!

We're renting a vehicle....we knew with the twins & their strollers & all the stuff we'd need to carry that using the WDW transportation was not going to be an option for us. We also knew, if one of the girls was melting down & we needed to go.....we would need to go RIGHT NOW.....not when we could all get on.

We are staying at BWI...our first time staying there!

We are in the early stages of thinking about a December 2013 trip to DL. We want to take Seth, and I am not ready to stop going on Disney trips yet!

Fun!! I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 1/2 days there last December.....it was magical!!! I hope you get to do that. If you do, make sure you do the Holiday Tour. You get to ride the Small World holiday & the Haunted Mansion Holiday, you get a gingerbread cookie & hot chocolate for the parade, you get VIP seating for the parade (right across from Small World and at the start of the parade) and you get a pin. Totally worth every penny!!
(and Seth could be wheeled around in a stroller & just pulled for the rides!!)

We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside. My daughter said she would love to say in the Royal Rooms - so that's what I've booked lol

It's my first time staying anywhere other than a value resort so I am really excited!!

We looked at doing that, but I just fell in love with the POFQ. It reminds me of my dad. We used to love going to Dixieland Jazz festivals and with him passing away in January.....I thought this would be a really great way to remember him.

Everyone has a different favorite for different reasons. I think it's awesome that you have one that reminds you of your dad and, please let me say, how sorry I am for your loss!!

I've made it a goal to go to every single Resort at least once in my life time...then I can pick a favorite from there!!

Wow, that would be fun to go to every resort for a stay. We've never been to WDW, but the pics of POFQ and my friends say it's a wonderful, small resort. We originally had planned on staying at the POP, but I didn't like the idea of trying to sleep on double beds....lol When I priced out the POFQ, it wasn't much more and of course the theming reminded me of New Orleans Square at Disneyland and my dad.

I've seen a lot of pictures just by researching it & following the POFQ in the resorts thread. I cant' wait to walk around both resorts....just beautiful and peaceful looking.

Speaking of pictures....we did a big family trip to Disneyland in 2010 & took over 7000 pictures....well now my hubby has a new fancy camera, so he'll be adding to mine & Tyler's......I'm just thinking with this being our first WDW trip & going to the 4 parks & almost all of the resorts.....the amount of pictures I will need to sort and arrange will monumental!!!! (we're thinking in the 20,000 range) That's a lot of organizing!!

Do you get to make all your ADR's at once? Do you have to wait until all your days are at the 180 mark, or just your first day? I only booked 2 months in advance, so I didn't have to go by that mark.

From what I understand, I get to make all of them on June 10th. 180 days for a total of 10 days.

I won't be able to book my Candlelight Processional meal as they haven't started taking ressies for those yet.

I lost my step-dad today.....that makes 3 parents in 7mths.....enough already!! This one is stinging a bit more since Joe came into my life at the age of 12 & my family lived with my mom & Joe on 3 different occasions. This is very hard on my kids, as this was the grandpa that was close by & they spent the most time with.

So please excuse me if I don't answer/reply back immediately. Thanx for being here for me!!
