Instead of using the back button try refreshing.
If your guests are on the waitlist don't panic. The reason why we're even taking a waitlist is to try to add as many more attendees as possible.
If we were going to just cut off the number at just the confirmed guests we would have not accepted names on the waitlist.
As you know this is a very expensive event and Disney is charging us per head. As we work to add more spaces we will be taking names from the waitlist on a first-com first-served basis.
We will do our best to keep families members together (this ain't the Titanic).
If you received the same confirmation number for both you and your guest don't worry.
Every confirmed guest will be on a list that will be checked at the event. ID will be required to prove who you are (for adults) and to compare againts the list.
We will be sending out subsequent emails to everyone once the list is finalized - this will include additional instructions.
For those of you who got waitlisted - I have two words

I know how hard this is but had a question. I was going so fast that I didn't write down or save the confirmation numbers and don't even know who's confirmed and who's on the waitlist. Are we going to get an email indicating that you're confirmed or waitlisted? We are a family of 6 and I know that some of us were waitlisted but I can't even tell you how many of us got in and who is waitlisted. If we can't all get in none of us will be going so the next question is how do we go about cancelling if it turns out we aren't all in?
