Is it 30 days or 1 month out for res.

I would like to book the balcony seats for Fantasmic. When calculating the lead time needed is it exactly 30 days out or is it one month (ie: for reservations on Nov 13th call Oct.13th) also what time do they start answering the phone?

Exactly one month, call on October 13th for November 13th. Good Luck.

Yeah...see my other post. I had read in multiple places that it was exactly 30 days out. That is NOT true. Call the exact day a month prior. Good Luck! I just lost out on the seats today b/c I was a day late .

I had no problem getting through, started calling at 7:56 PST and got right to a CM. I would have been able to get Balcony today for Nov. 12th. C'est la vie! We can't do that night LOL!
