Yikes, this post makes me nervous. Is dinner or breakfast better?

For me breakfast at just about any buffet is the lesser of two evils.

The Disney jr characters obviously attract younger kids, so you'll be exposed to more young kid behavior. (Which I'm sure you're used to.) It's a buffet, so some food will be ok, some meh. The atmosphere tends to be high energy. If you are looking for a relaxing place to sit down and eat, you probably won't find that here. My kids have always really liked it. I think it's a fun spot when you have kids in that target age.

NOTE: H&V had previously been an eatery-of-choice for Studio guests. But, *possibly* due to DDP and reduction in tips, the food selection/quality suffered significantly. We found it badly kept, and with less than hospitable CM's. The character interaction for the kiddies is pretty good. But, as with any Character Meal, you go for the characters and not the food quality . . . and this is no exception.

NOTE2: Some people have reported dirty-soiled-messy buffet areas. Although we have not seen such, personally, we do trust the opinion of the folks who have mentinend it. Take this as a grain-of-salt comment.

We've only done breakfast here (we don't do character buffets for lunch or dinner because there are too many better options for those meals).

Food quality wise, I thought breakfast here was about average for a Disney character buffet. But the atmosphere and characters were below average. Overall, it was meh.

I'd only consider doing this if your kids really love the Disney Jr. characters.
