There are dozens of things that I don't know about WDW.
I just generally don't try to answer those particular questions.
It gets me in trouble.

You can also visit Guest Relations at Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdrom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Downtown Disney to purchase a Tables in Wonderland card.
Of course that doesn't necessarily mean that you CAN'T get TIW at a ticket booth.
There's lots of advice for many things (like ticket upgrades) that recommend going to Guest Relations.
You can also do that at any ticket booth.
Since TIW is in sort of a gray area on its own, I'm just not sure.
I figure that Cheshire Figment will post here soon and set things straight.
