Is Gringotts Money Exchange open during Early Entry?

Does anyone know whether Gringotts Money Exchange is open during Early Entry please?
We’re setting a full day aside for all things Potter, and I thought it would make it extra special for the kids if they could change their money before getting their wands from Ollivanders before the queues start getting too big.
I was hoping that we could get the money, do Ollivanders, and then be well on our way with the Spell Casting before the regular opening crowds made into Diagon Alley.
Also, is there a sales tax on top of the prices listed, and if so, how much is it please? We’re from the UK, so are not familiar with what things are subject to tax, and what aren’t.
TIA.

I think everything in the HP lands are open during Early Entry. The line for Ollivanders will be long (it always wraps around outside the building). They could purchase wands without the HP money if you are worried about waiting in a long line.

There are also other options to buying wands. There are wand carts and wands for sale in other stores (I know the Owl Post store is one).

I think sales tax is 6.5%.

I would imagine that you would be able to do a money exchange and get within Ollivanders within the hour, especially depending on what time of the year you're going.

Everything in USF/IOA would be taxed.

Thanks for the replies. I think I’ll change the money on one of the previous two days instead, as we’ll probably be heading for Diagon Alley on both of them as it’s the only thing open for us during Early Entry, and we’ll be up at the crack of dawn anyway due to jet-lag. I know you don’t need the Potter money for buying things, but I just thought the kids would love it if they thought we did!

Ideally I’d have liked to have held off with all the Potter stuff until our third day and done the ‘Harry Potter Journey’ in order, but it would have just put us behind the crowds too much, so we’re doing Gringotts and USF on day one, and then Gringotts and IOA via Hogwarts Express on day two, only riding Forbidden Journey and Hippogriff before doing the rest of IOA. Hopefully, if we head straight for Ollivanders on our third day, we should be towards the front of the queue and then be on our way with the spells and everything else. Our Park dates are Tuesday 21st - Friday 24th May, so hopefully it won’t be overly busy either.
