Mom? Is that you blaming it on the camera??? I didn't know you were on the DIS! ;) :lmao:

And alas...yes, it's the last meal. The last suppah. :sad1:

Before we had to leave MGM, we had a few more must-sees.

First up, was Playhouse Disney.

Apparently, since I was little, Christopher Robin grew a little sister. That poor mom. I wonder if she saw that one coming? I know that one would freak me out a little. Go to bed with a son, wake up with a daughter too. (Girls scare me. I think of them as attack dogs. I see them eyeing Jon up and down…like they think he’s cute. Pfffft. Watch out ladies. This mama knows your thoughts. I used to have them.)

Lexie did love this one.

Except for when she told the little girl in front of us to “please sit down on her bottom”…because she was “blocking her eyeballs.”

From Playhouse, we went across the way to VOTLM for the 3:00 showing. I knew Lexie would like this one and I was right. The motha especially loved those little glow-in-the-dark fishies. Bright and sparkly things seem to capture her attention. ;)

After we left VOTLM, I wanted to see Beauty and the Beast. I had never seen this one. And was excited to grab a peek-see. So, we headed over for the 3:45 showing.

On the way over, we shot this:

It was sooooo stinkin’ hot in this theater. It was hot enough for the man in front of me to have a sweat line of demarcation running the full-length of his body. Have you ever seen a sweaty butt-crack? I did. Trust Jen. It’s not pretty. You could actually see individual sweat beads running down the middle of his back…*gag*…and down…into…*gag*…his…lower bits. At one point, I think one of those movie “no’s” actually escaped my lips. You know those ones…they travel in slow motion…and you can see the person’s mouth forming the word slowly and precisely. “NoooOOOooooOOOOOOoooo.”

While waiting for the show, we talked to a couple next to us who were just starting their vacation. I’m glad they kept my attention away from hairy butt-crack in front of us. That man was like a car accident. You know you shouldn’t look…but you just can’t help it. I did catch “Bob” from the couple looking out of the corner of his eye in horror at sweaty butt-crack…and nervous laughter kept escaping from his lips. Kinda like the church laughs you used to get when you were little. Those nervous eyes darting back and forth almost brought on a seizure for dear Bob.

Here are some shots of the show:

Continued in Next Post Right HERE!

After we left B&B, it was Jon’s turn to pick the very last hurrah of our trip.

He wanted to go back to Toy Story. We had already used his GAC to grab a twirl this morning. I normally wouldn’t have allowed a second usage. But, this was his last day in the parks…and his final request. So, we hopped back on.

And I had the same reaction this time as I did last time.

This ride is AMAZING!!!

Jon and I were competing ruthlessly against each other.

Where else in the world can you lean your head back and laugh hard enough to almost pee your pants and not care if anyone’s looking in your direction…while simultaneously trying to DESTROY your child and his dreams of winning? Disney bonding at its best. Right Mo???

After TSM, it was time for us to leave the park for our dinner ressies. On the way out, I caught a few more shots.

And they threw a parade in honor of us leaving.

Upon exiting MGM, it hit me. That was it. We were done. No more Disney.

An audible sob may have escaped my body. I blamed it on Jon like any good mother would...and we were off.

We headed to the bus to catch a ride to the Contemporary for our date with Goofy and Chef Mickey.

We were seated within minutes of arriving. And the food and characters were flying like they can only do at a Disney buffet.

Jon refused to pose with Minnie.

After leaving Chef Mickey’s…we took the monorail around to MK in order to catch a bus back to SSR.

I took a few shots from the monorail. One last look around property.

Picture932.jpg

At least we got to see the roof and monorail station at the Poly.

We grabbed a bus from MK back to SSR. We arrived around 7 and stuck the kids in the swimming pool while we did one last load of laundry. Everyone was in bed for their last Disney sleep by about 9.

So, sad it is your last day:sad2:

Looks like a good last day at MGM,

Thanks for the image of sweaty man;)

Cute pics of Jon and Lexie at Chef Mickeys:goodvibes

Lexie is so funny!! "please sit down on your bottom..."

hmm...where ever could she have gotten that from? :rotfl:

eww....I could have done without the explanation of the sweaty buttcrack.
:scared:

Was Minnie offended that Jon didn't want his picture with her?

Except for when she told the little girl in front of us to “please sit down on her bottom”…because she was “blocking her eyeballs.”
So funny :rotfl2:

Here are some shots of the show:
But where are the shots of the main entertainment???? Mr Sweaty back :rotfl2:

Not Mo but so true :rotfl2:

Looks like you had fun at CM's and it must have been good because I spot Jon smiling :goodvibes

At least you didn't need a crane to get up off the floor at Playhouse Disney:sad2:

Great update Jen, I can't believe it's your last day!

Ummm, DVCpopcorn::

Great installment. I loved Lexie's comment at Playhouse Disney, so polite, yet so straightforward.

Wonderful CM pictures. Was Jon afraid Minnie would kiss him? She kisses Bill all the time .

Hmmm, DVC?? Tell us more!

Except for when she told the little girl in front of us to “please sit down on her bottom”…because she was “blocking her eyeballs.”

:rotfl: I love it!

I know the feeling well...

Hmm... popcorn::

Great update, Jen. What did the motha think of B&B and the sweaty guy? I can only imagine what she was saying under her breath....:rotfl2:

I wanna hear about DVC.....popcorn:: popcorn::

My DD like Playhouse Disney too and the kids in front of us were standing so we let DD too. Pretty soon, all the kids were standing and dancing...it was great! (of course, we're only talking about 30-45" inch kids...)

Cute pics at CM!!

I definitely want to hear about DVC!! I'm a believer!!

Ms. Lexie- Aren't you supposed to stand up and watch that show? Did it change? errr. Was she off he bottom during a non standing up time?

Poor Lexie.

Poor Jon.

Poor Jen Jen.

It was your last day... :sad1:
