Confirmed! We had a birthday lunch there last Saturday (Feb. 5) for one of my friends. There is construction going outside, so the windows have a frost-type treatment so you can't see outside. But the restaurant is back in its rightful place.

I can tell you that mid January the courtyard are was still a mess. Mostly dirt and lots of bulldozers. The Neverland pool is open with the small kid-sized waterslide, but no big slide. And the building across the courtyard from Dreams (which is part of the Magic tower where Goofy's and the ballrooms and such are located) was covered in plastic and being worked on (the outside only it seemed).
