Is Garden Grill a viable PPO to rope drop Frozen?

We just got back from a trip in April and we had an amazing time visiting Akershus before riding Frozen at Rope Drop. I know Soarin is the more logical rope drop attraction if we are dining at Garden Grill but I wondered whether it would even be physically possible to make our way to Frozen ahead of the regular rope drop crowd if we were dining at Garden Grill and got done with our meal before rope drop.

(Nothing says that will be or won't be the case on any random morning.)

Ok thanks - I just wasn't sure if EPCOT would have any additional barriers set up to prevent people in the park at The Land pavilion from being able to walk over to Norway.

If Epcot is opening at 9, and if you're at Garden Grill and want to get to frozen before rope drop crowd, then I'd want to be leaving Garden Grill about 8:30..8:45 at the absolute latest.

And there's no guarantee they won't let rope drop in before scheduled time.

There's nothing preventing you from heading to Norway once you're past Spaceship Earth

At Akershus, we were the first group to be seated and we asked for the check when the server came to the table for our drink orders so I don't have a problem with rushing through the meal. Thanks for making me feel better about all of the logistics. I'm happy to know that it is possible as long as I'm eating somewhere past Spaceship Earth.

You won't actually be physically much "past Spaceship Earth."
The Garden Grill (deep inside The Land Pavilion) is actually farther away from Norway than is Spaceship Earth.
