is frozen fun making carland more or less crowded?

hi, now that frozen fun is open in CA, I was wondering if that is drawing more people into CA, and in turn making the line for RSR longer?
or
is everyone now spending time waiting to see Olaf or A&E and in turn making the lines for RSR shorter?

I left DL a few days ago and noticed that the lines for RSR was shorter! but that could be because of the fact that Southern California schools are back in session... The longest wait I saw for RSR was 75 minutes!
