Is FRESH a buffet?

I was wondering if FRESH is a breakfast Buffet?

Yes, Fresh is a buffet, but its a little different. They have cereal, breads/pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, and oatmeal out in typical buffet fashion. They then have a cooking station area where they will make eggs, omelets, pancackes, waffles, and french toast on the spot. You can order toast, english muffins, or bagels from your server. We ate there twice on our trip this week. Here's the link to my review:

Yes, but they make a lot of things as you stand there. The food is excellent!
