Is FP+ linked to a certain ticket on my magic band?

First time using magic bands. My band is linked to an old non-expire 8 day ticket (not sure how many days are left on it) as well as my newly purchased 3 day hopper. I've made FP+ reservations for my whole group. Now I'm hoping that the FP's are linked to the correct ticket - is that a valid worry?
I guess I have two questions -
Can I go to guest services and have them prioritize my tickets so I use the 3 day for this trip and save the non-expire for the future? If so, can I do that at my hotel or do I have to go to the park to do it?
Are FP+ linked to the band or to a specific ticket? IF they are linked to a specific ticket - how do I check which of my two tickets my FP+ are linked to?
I hope that's clear enough to understand and answer - thanks again to everyone for your help.

Fastpasses are linked to your MDE account - they are not directly linked to tickets at all. Tap your MagicBand at the FP tapstile and it accesses your FP data only.

It would be easy to just enter the park using your 3-day Parkhopper rather than your MB and then you won't have to worry about prioritizing your tickets.
