Is FP+ available during EMH ?

I'm just trying to get my head ready for sorting out our FP+. Our normal style of touring is to RD the park with morning EMH if there is one or RD our chosen park if there isn't one. Then we stay in that park till about 1ish before heading back to the hotel for pool time. We then head back to another park for our ADR for dinner. As we eat dinner about 7pm I try wherever possible to make the ADR in the park that has evening EMH. So I'm just wondering when would be the best time to use our FP+. I'm leaning towards 11am, 12 noon and 1pm before we head out of the morning park as I know if we RD we should be ok for the 1st hour or so and then as we don't go into the evening park until it's time for our ADR I was hoping we'd be able to get on a few more rides during EMH

We use our FP+ late morning too as that is what we have found to work best for us
