Is FLounders open during Palo brunch times?

We really want to go to Palo's brunch and so do our friends, but we need to have Flounder's available. In the past it was not open. Does any one know if this has been changed?

Flounders is open from 10 am to 2pm on sea days(brunch days)....however it is not open before 12am on Sundays. If you go to www.dcltribute.com you can see all the times listed on the navigators.
