Is February an unusual use year?

Beginning to look through the resale market and noticing that a February use year doesn't 'pop' up often. Why?

I do know that April is the least common use year at SSR and I do agree with you that Feb is more difficult to find!! I just purchased a SSR feb use year so they are not impossible to find. Must be patient....so many use years are for Dec!! I once came across a site that listed the percentages of the different use years for every resort. I wish I had bookmarked the page

Thank you for providing me this information! I am even more intrigued because February is an use year that has a higher percentage of contracts so why the consistent low number of resales with that month's use year?

I have bought a Feb use year before. Just keep watching and you will eventually get what you want.

Maybe it's b/c we like the UY so much we don't sell our contracts??!
