Is FD ever offered in the spring?

So my DD's preschool is putting feelers out among the families for a trip next year. I'm hoping for March as opposed to May (those are the two suggested dates). Do they ever offer Free Dining in March? I know it's Spring Break for DD but that's not a common time for it, so I was hoping and wondering...

Also trying to decide if we should get:
1. 5 Day Park Hopper for this trip only; or invest in
2. 10 Day No Expiration (no park hopper) - we are hoping to go back in '15...

For this trip, if it happens, we would stay onsite, not rent a car, do DME, etc....just immerse ourselves. In '15 it will be part of a longer trip and we'll probably rent a condo.

They didn't offer FD during that part of the year in 2013. Pins have already gone out through Spring 2014 and they are for the Stay/Play/Dine deal. FD is probably not going to happen.
