Is Faspass open during evening Extra Magic Hours?

I've heard the eveing Magic Hours are still pretty crowded, so I was wondering if the Fastpass machines will be open.

Generally, no. But it depends on the crowd levels.

In January the only Evening EMH that we ended up making was Epcot. Test Track's Fast Pass was working.

During May of last year, they were. I didn't need to use it though, so I put it in my scrapbook. It says 10:30 - 11:00 pm. It's pretty cool.
