Is Express pass worth it 02-12-2010

My family will be going to Universal Studio's for the first time 02-12-2010, do you think the express pass is worth it, we are not staying on site so we will have to purchase. Any rides 6 and 9 year old would especially love?

Get there early.. and you should be fine w/o EP..

Don't buy EPs in advance. They sell them in the parks, take a look at the crowds then decide for yourselves. We've never bought them and never will.

You shouldn't need Express Plus passes for that day. If you get there and the lines are too long for you, purchase the EP's then.

Don't rush. I follow the wait times website during the day sometimes. There won't be significant waits for any express attraction on a Friday in early February. We're talking 30 minutes max at peak times for rides like MIB, Simpsons, and Mummy in the Studios and nothing will be more than 20 mintues all day at IOA.
