I picked up an extra mix stick a month ago because I wasn't sure which one my DD would want. I've debated whether to sell it on ebay or not. It just seems to be a real pain in the butt and I've heard from this site alot of people unhappy with buying and selling on ebay.

I think it is worth it, but it is a good idea to check and see what your item is selling for. I was wrapping gifts today and noticed that I had spent more than my DH and I agreed and had just too much stuff. I searched out my receipts to return some items and then for the fun of it decided to see if any of it was selling well on ebay. Some of the items were selling for double what I paid for them. I listed them and sold one within an hour for double what I had paid (and saved myself a trip back to Toys R Us :cheer2: Good Luck!

I could return it to the store but it seems to be a hot item and I got probably get more on ebay - although I'm not sure I want to go through the hassle.

The only time I feel eBay is a "hassle" is when I allow it to become a hassle - by listing too much at one time; listing when I have too many other things going on in my life; listing too close to the holidays and then worrying that my buyers want the items for Christmas and there's a possibility that they won't arrive in time; etc.. I have 100% feedback and I work very hard to keep that.. I always give my buyers the benefit of the doubt and will go the extra mile to make eBay a pleasant experience for them..

If you think you can get double for it (and I'm assuming that would be a nice chunk of change? :) ) I'd go for it.. However, I would list shipping as "Priority Mail only" and explain in your auction that it may not arrive in time for Christmas..

Sometimes only listing "one" thing is a great way to "get your feet wet".. I did that waaaaay back when I first started and after that I was in love with eBay.. LOL :flower:
