Is early December still......

Is early December still a good, not-so-crowded time to go to WDW? From the messages I've been reading here, and on other boards, it sounds like a TON of people are going in early December. It used to be that early December was a very good time to go, but is that changing?

Just curious.

Last year the crowds were extremely minimal. We walked on almost everything in MK, and only had to use a fast pass twice. Once on Test track.. the other on ToT.

We love going at this time. Last year, we didn't wait on line for anything at any park except about 10 minutes for Kilimanjaro Safaris at AK.

Tourism and park attendance is up over last year.

I expect early December to be more crowded this year than last year (and more crowded than the past several years for that matter). It will still be less crowded than most other times of the year (which are also seeing an increase).

i only hope it wont be anywhere near as busy it was in june 2003...low crowds were the reason we picked to try WDW again( OK and the heat is spose to be gone)
but i agree with OP- looks like it's not going to be slow ( from reading on here)

bums me out too.....was looking forward to not be neck -n-neck again with thousands of people.
