So as quick note I was still getting Rex when using chrome on my iPhone; usually this is best browser for dvc for me but switched to safari and worked right away.

I experienced the opposite. I was still getting Rex on Safari and Chrome worked for me! Thanks for the tip!

Thank you for experience. Building on this I tried chrome again and didn’t work, cleared the browsing history data, and then it worked right away. Idk ton about computer but presume some issue with cookies or some computer term haha.

I did the exact same thing haha. I only cleared the history of this morning. So, you must be right. Not sure if it’s due to too much refreshing, or just ever getting Rex

Rex is normally an account issue, typically w/dues. I would suggest calling and having them take a look.

Thx! Good to know. It appeared to be a technical issue above and was resolved. It’s becoming a myth of why you get Olaf/dwarf/rex…

Glad it is working now for you. I always mention it because a year and half ago or something like that they had a big goof and locked a ton of accounts because they had been marked as delinquent was dues when they weren't (ours was one of them). They had to manually fix each account.

This morning was horrible trying to book...I had the room I wanted but then it just started cycling and I got the error page. By the time I got back in the room was gone.

That has happened to me when I was grabbing something that showed up and realized it was probably more than one of us trying.

Keep checking. It might come back as it can be held in cyberspace about 20 minutes when it errors out and it’s not due to another owner getting it first

Had similar experience. I was suggested to call MS if the site has been down for a while and stretch to 9AM EST

This is getting old. I was fine on Sunday but yesterday and today adding night 8 and night 9 have been a mess. I had gotten as far as the confirmation page and selected which contracts I wanted to use when the system errored out.

So building on issues yesterday resolved by clearing browsing history Dvc website set a new bar for awful today. I tried to book a room and it was shown as available but when I went to book gave a message of “room no longer available”. I’ve had something similar in past when someone beat me to booking so no big deal. But when it refreshed back room was still there so tried again and same error. Back again and room still there; rinse and repeat several times.

So I decided to clear browsing data and retry. Repeat search and room still there. Try to book and first time successful. Idk computers but my guess is somehow computer is remembering and storing errors so it’s giving error messages instead of trying to execute the command and getting an error. Idk how true this is but morale of story is if you get errors give shot of clearing browsing data.
