Is Dora frequently out?

We are not going until March , but I have 2 dd's that are huge Dora fans, and I keep hoping that we get to see her. Just wondering if she was out alot and has a spot where she usually is.
And how about Diego, does anyone think he might come to US?

We met Dora and Jimmy Neutron at the front gates to IOA. It was first thing in the morning and we walked right up to them. The employee assigned to them told us how lucky we are because usually a very long line forms immediately. I guess timing is everything.

We also saw Dora with Jimmy Neutron at the front gate around 10:00 am.

Dora's usually outside the front gates, outside the studios store as you enter the park, or outside of the Jimmy Neutron attraction. Diego's only at the Nick Hotel.
