Is Donkey back - near Shreck?

When they were building transformers, they closed the Shreck - Donkey area. We loved going by there - laughing at Donkey's comments to us and other people, and getting a picture with him and Fiona.

Now that transformer's construction is done, has that area with donkey opened back up?

Does anyone know if there are multiple peole who do his voice. I can't imagine that the same guy works 7 days a week.. it must be hard to get someone who sounds like Eddie Murphy and can deliver the lines in a funny manner and lives near orlando and who wants to work at universal.
