Is Donalds safari breakfastosaurs the same as?

I was just on allears and I am confussed, Is Donald's safari breakfast /breakfastosaurs then same as the character meal at Tusker house?

The tusker houes character breakfast doesn't say what characters or the price, but the breakfastosurs does?? so are they the same or different locations??

The breakfastasaurus is closed (or moved depending on how you look at it). The new character meal at Animal Kingdom is over at the Tusker House. It is a buffet and character breakfast (not sure about lunch...) I'm sure others can post more info.

Tusker House has characters only at breakfast.

The character breakfast there replaces the one that was formerly offered at Restaurantosaurus.
