Is Donald now at Chef Mickey's?

We've eaten at Chef Mickey's for dinner three different times. One of those times, Donald was not there at all. The other two, he was there but stood by the Buffett and we had to go to him for a photo. He was the only character that did not go around to the tables.

As I read the thread your experience seems consistent with Dinner and mine with Breakfast. During breakfast Donald came to the tables. There was actually no character greeting at the "door". All were inside the eating area and all acknowledged the kids while families waited to be seated.

Bottom line, Donald is there and you'll get photos and perhaps autographs from him.

Finally on Chip and Dale. They seemed very accessible in MK during our visit; loads of fun and seemingly always in Fantasyland. You can also see them at Ft. Wilderness at night. Dinner at CM's, then take the boat over to the campground for the sing along and even stay for the Disney movie.

He was there in December when we took our daughter. One of the best character meals we've ever had (and it definitely wasn't because of the food)

We were there Sat 4/12 for dinner. Donald came around after the Celebration music as did Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy. No Daisy No characters at check it for photos.

I thought the food was great btw we had a very late ADR at 8:25 pm

Just saw Donald there this past March and had a blast with him. I had some pictures of me and him from 30 years ago. Also a picture with Mickey and me and Pluto and Goofy. Donald had the best reaction to it though. He was so excited!! He was bringing all sorts of CMs over to the table to see the pictures. All the characters of course insisted on posing for a new one. Some holding the older pictures and some not.

Had so much fun over those silly old pictures. I guess turning older isn't totally a bad experience. :rotfl2:
