Is Disney Springs hotel considered onsite?

Do people with reservations at the Disney Springs hotels count as part of the onsite hotel list (the 7am Genie+ & early park admission group)? Technically, those hotels are/were Disney World certified hotels and are/were included in all the perks of the more expensive hotels so not sure if that has changed or not.
