Is Disney slowing down on ROFR?

I haven't seen any posts lately about Disney buy backs. Just wondering ,I still have 2 in the fire,waiting and waiting. Just looking at new listings ,up to $75.00 pp for BWV. Too steep for a resale,I would hope these will come down as Dean has said.

They bought back my BWV contract last week at $69.75/point. I posted the details last weekend.

I spoke with my guide on Friday, she said that Disney had been buying back about 80% of the resales.... If anyone is looking to sell, now would be a good time to do it!

When I spoke with my guide last Friday, I mentioned that Disney seemed to be buying up. she stated that they (the guides) have been urging them to do this for quite some time. The wait lists are long and they really want to fulfill them, plus financially it is a way for Disney to make a few dollars as well.

I don't have 1st hand expereince but I have several friends on the waitlist for add-ons. Knowing that tells me they will probably buy these as well. Just MHO.

i heard from The Timeshare Store that DVD didn't have a meeting this week, so that may be why we haven't heard any ROFR stories recently.
this makes me nervous... i was really hoping maybe DVD did slow down on ROFR. but i guess we will have to wait till next week to find out.
