Is Disney crowded the first week of Feb.?

I would not have thought so, but am begining to wonder. We have some family that has decided to join our Grand Gathering and I am having trouble filling their room request. Also, I am a member of Interval as we our owners at the Marriott Grande Vista and there are no getaways at all for that week. I have never had that happen. Can anyone fill me in? TIA!
