Is dining site down?

Or is it just me? can't even attempt to make any reservations. I type in a search and it just brings me back to the initial page to start my search.
same thing with resort reservations... then it tells me my session has expired. Cleared all cookies and everything. Is it my computer... or is the site actually having issues?
