Is Crystal Palace open?

I thought I read somewhere on this website that it was closed for refurbishment and that you could meet those same characters at Tony's for breakfast. Am I wrong? I thought I saw a trip report where someone mentioned eating at Crystal Palace recently.

We were there last week and the Crystal Palace is still closed for refurbishments. We ate at the Liberty Tavern and our waiter was there working temporarily til the CP re-opens, which I think he said is Dec.
