Is Columbia Harbour House open for meals during parties?

I see that it is open to pass out cookies/cocoa/apples during the Christmas party but does it also serve other food? I'm thinking probably not since it is not listed as one of the 2 counter service dining options listed and I read someone else mentioning it is not open for dinner.

It was not open during the Halloween parties, nor was Pecos Bills.

Pirates de Patico, Friar's nook (no seating), and Cosmic Rays (2 bays) were open.

Pecos Bills was closed during the Mnsshp this year? That has always been our go to restaurant during the parties. Bummer!!!
