Is Cindys worth it without kids?

Hello

We have no kids, but I always wanted to eat in the castle and have that experience....I was wondering though if that is something if you show up for without kids if you get strange looks etc. Plus I am on a major character hunt for pictures and it would make it easier to find them there! :smooth:
Just wondering if we would feel out of place
Thanks!!

You would not feel out of place and would probably have a great time. However, I personally can't say that the breakfast is "worth the cost" for adults. The food isn't worth the $20 you get charged for it and, for me, the character meeting opportunity (without kids) does not make up for it.

I've never been to the breakfast, but my family (w/out children) enjoys going to the castle for lunch. The atmosphere is fabulous, the food is good, and usually you can find a character or two in the lobby. :teeth:

We had a great time without children. Posed for pictures with the royalty, had fun with our waiter who never broke character. Since it was my girlfriend's birthday, he brought us a cake and a card made out to Princess Theresa".

We had a really great time too (DBF and I, both 25). We went to CRT for both dinner and the character breakfast, and both times we really enjoyed the food! And, since we were on a big character hunt, it made it very easy for all the princesses to come around to our table and take pictures.
Before we got down to Disney, I thought I'd feel silly taking pictures and talking to characters, but we both definitely got swept up in the thrill!

Definitely go! :hyper: I enjoyed it much more than my DS did. I thought the food was very good, and the atmosphere will make you feel like a Princess. IMHO, Everyone should go at least once. :)

As adults we do a lot of character places- CRC was last Valentines day for Lunch- no characters except the godmother and the two mice in the lobby. The experience was great--

My DH and I always have dinner or lunch in the castle. We do not like preplated breakfasts at Disney. We love CP for breakfast. It still gives you some characters and we think the food is very good too.

We've only been to Cindy's for breakfast once with our DD who was then 8. We didn't have the best experience--the food was O, but the characters were VERY slow in coming--our breakfast took us over 1 1/2 hours to see all the characters. I decided that for us it would not be worth it to do again.

We went but do not have kids. As far as feeling comfortable -- yes! But be prepared to be a minority! I got my picture taken with all of the princesses without an issue. It was really nice.

The only reason we wouldn't go back now is because we did not enjoy the food. It was a carbohydrate nightmare for vegetarians! The only thing we really enjoyed was the fruit. That's some expensive fruit!
:teeth:

I've been 3 or 4 times, always with other adults only. We've always had a very good time and I've never felt out of place.

I am going to try it for lunch in January. No characters, but still the beautiful castle and atmosphere.

I went there for Breakfast back in 2001 on my Honeymoon with my wifey and she and I both, in late 20s enjoyed it immensly. We were seated with 2 older ladies and all four of us had a splended time! Cinderella woot!

I would go as I have always wished to live in the castle! We took DD this past April and the atmosphere was awesome!
