Is Cinderella in her castle for dinner?

Is it more magical at night for dinner b/c the castle is lit up? The views must be so pretty at night. What is the best time to make dinner ADR's for?

We ate at 5:30 because we have a 5 year old with a 7:30 bed time. It was still magical since the sun was setting by 7:30 at that time. We were able to see the castle lit up when we left.
