Is Chef Mickey's Lunch a character meal?

Now I'm reading that there ARE characters on lunch, and the online ADR system just has a glitch. Can anyone confirm?

The "does not include characters" is a standard piece of code. It is triggered to display when some meal has characters and some meal "does not". The "does not" is triggered by having none loaded into the system.

As such, with Chef Mickey's (since Breakfast and Dinner both have loaded characters), the first piece is triggered to show. Then, since lunch is the meal not loaded in the system, the 2nd piece of code triggers.

Of course, things can and do change, but at least last year when they did this same thing (and maybe previous), the characters were indeed at lunch. It's pretty much the draw to book there, and they know that people overflowing into lunch would be expecting the characters as well.
