So admittedly I am a QVC shopper. So I did some shopping off the Chase portal three times this month. The first was early October for some makeup and I had a $5 credit (GC) so I applied that and ended up spending $15 total. However it didn't code the 3x as it said on the portal so I contacted them and they said to give it 45 days...okay fine. And it was only $15..
So then I decided to get my big purchase (Kitchenaid Stand Mixer). So I purchased it by way of the portal . But then QVC pulls a fast one (not really) and the next day that same mixer is free shipping. So of course I tried to cancel the first but already processed. They told me if I reorder and send the other back it would work out and I would of course keep the one with the free shipping. Well after that and nothing from Chase regarding the points I sent them an SM. Well their response was that I didn't go off the portal for the first and third and I certainly know I did.
I mean it sounds like they are being picky because of the $5 credit and the free shipping. Could that be that case...
