You all sound like a bunch of typical whining American xenophobes. You think groups of American kids at theme parks act any differently ? Time to get off your collective high horses and deal with it. Is it any wonder people in the rest of the world hate Americans with a passion ?
Um, yes, I do. I've run into both. And sad to say, but there's no comparison. I have not run into any groups of American kids or any groups of American tourists together this large. And I will be clear here, the BTG are not just kids - they are children and adults, and they all behave the same.
Oh, and I've lived overseas as a child and as an adult, and have traveled to over 25 countries both on business and for pleasure - and these groups are without parallel. I also wrote my masters thesis on cultural differences, so I'm a little bit familiar with the concepts here, but rude is rude when it comes to this, and it transends the bounds of "cultural differences". I cannot conjure up one place in all of the world where I have experienced a similar phenomenon. I don't know how to explain it, but it is the epitome of mob mentality.
