No Buffet at WDW is worth that but everything is relative. It is, pretty much the best buffet I've had on property.
Eggs, breakfast meats, and pancake/waffle mix are going to be a lot cheaper than all the ingredients that make up the variety of the dinner buffet, so yes, dinner is worth the % increase over breakfast. You’ll have soup, salads, and desserts added to dinner that would not be part of breakfast. One thing I’ve been wondering is how does the value of boma rank for dinner vs breakfast? I know value is relative to everyone and being on Disney property will make us pay more for buffet then we would off site but is boma dinner worth the 70% cost increase over breakfast? If you could only do one would value of dinner be there over the breakfast?

I would say it depends on how adventurous an eater you are. We love both and when we eat the breakfast do it on the later end, and are good until dinner. If you do breakfast, try the jungle juice!
So sad! They had to change distributors for the POG(jungle juice). It is horrible now and has artificial sweetener in it. Not good at all.
According to DFB, Disney was back to the original POG juice supplier by late Nov:

Hopefully that's still the case. We had breakfast there in Dec, and it tasted like good, old POG juice to us!
