Is BOG really only prix fixe for dinner?

Lunch is what I’m hoping for but there are no spots. I have dinner ressies but will be cancelling those.

In the meantime I keep stalking the app for a lunch opening.

Completely different experiences. Lunch is QS. Dinner is prix-fixe TS and you can meet the Beast.

As PP noted, lunch as dinner are totally diffferent.
Lunch is QS, order and then try and find a seat somewhere. They bring the food to you. Drinks are self serve. Enjoy the castle.
Dinner is prix fixe only. They take you to your table. Full TS. Can go to the library to meet the beast and photos after dinner. He doesn't go through the restaurant to meet.

I've done both lunch @ dinner -- as well as dinner before the change to the 2 TS. Before the 2 TS change, dinner was much better IMO. Now lunch is the only meal we'll have there. The dinner was just awful.

IMO, dinner is not worth the cost. We tried it once, and will not be back. Lunch is very good. I love the braised pork.

If you want to save money, dont care about meeting the Beast, but want to see the castle....then just go at lunch. The place is beautiful either way.

I personally enjoy the food at lunch.

Yeah, I don't like that they went to prix fixe only, but the food is still really good. I wouldn't shy away from it because of that.
