Is Big Thunder Ranch BBQ Open on Weekdays?

I vaguely recall seeing somewhere that Big Thunder Ranch BBQ is only open on weekends during the BTMRR renovation. Is this true? Will we be able to dine at BTRBBQ on a weekday in June?

Not sure when they are opening the trail, but it was closed last week on the weekdays.

Yep, you just need to check maybe with Disney Dining, it was open during the week two weeks ago. (Week of April 15) but most of the CMs were telling people it was closed. So, my friends were having a hard time finding me to meet us for dinner!

We were there two weeks ago and it was open on both Monday and Tuesday.

Yes, it was open last week. The trail was closed on weekdays so we had to go through Fantasyland to get there.
