IS BG mostly rollercoasters?

We plan on going to BG-Williamsburg for the first time the last week of August. I am worried that there is not going to be a lot for our family to do there. We are not big rollercoaster or fast ride people, that is why we love WDW because of there more "calm" rides. Is there other things to do at BG except many rollercoasters? We are also going to Historic Williamsburg and Water Country but one of my children is 5 years old and don't think he will last long at Williamsburg before he gets bored. What else is there to do in BG?

Yes there are a lot of coasters but there's also a lot of different rides,there's flat rides,kiddie rides,transportation rides like the skyway and the train.There's water rides like Escape from Pompeii and the Roman Rapids ride,you have the Curse of Darkcastle ride which is a ride with the same ride vehicles and design of Spider Man at Universal,as well as a simulator called Europe in the Air which is like Soarin at Epcot,There's also shows like the Irish Dancing show Celtic Fyre which is super popular,there's animal shows,more music shows like the one German show inside the hall where you can eat and watch the show,there's a new Rock n Roll show called London Rocks and some kids shows.There's also festivals,special events and concerts at different times throughout the year.In my opinion this is one of the best parks in the country and is definitely not a plain Six Flags style park with coasters.The Tampa park is also excellent but it lacks the natural beauty of the VA park with the trees and hills as well as the shows not being as good,but the Tampa park has a lot more animal attractions.

There are actually only 5 coasters at BGW, not counting the little kiddie one. Plenty of stuff to do besides the coasters. My sister is NOT a roller coaster fan (she does like Alpengeist though), and she really likes going to BGW.

Then there's the shows and the cool animals

So yeah, visit BGW and don't ride the coasters if you hate 'em; you'll still have fun!
