is BE OUR GUEST part of the DINING PLAN ?

I have checked the Disney Dining Reservations site , searching for Restaurants participating to the Dining Plan.
Be Our Guest is listed only as Quick Service.

No Dining Plan Table Service for Be Our Guest ?
According to the updated Dining Plan brochure, the Restaurant is listed also as Table Service option.

Can somebody explain /help me ?

Yes. Lunch is a CS meal. Dinner is a 1 credit TS meal.

That was my understanding. Hoping to sample both lunch and dinner while we are on the Dining Plan
