I have a Jr. Suite booked at the Beach Club as well as a regular water view room booked at Beach Club. The Jr. Suite is $200 more a night than the regular room. Regular room is 400 square ft. and Jr. Suite w/concierge is 563 sq ft. There are 3 adults and 2 teenagers who will be in the same room , so I was thinking the extra square footage would make it more comfortable but the bedding in both rooms is exactly the same. They say they can't put a roll-a-way in either room which I don't get? Anyway, anyone done either Jr. Suite or Concierge or both who can comment on whether it is worth the extra $200/nt?

Sorry I haven't stayed at YBc but I just got done looking over JoeCools FAQ on the YBC (one of the top threads on the resort board). He has the floor plans of the suites. IF I remember right the Jr. suite at BC is 565 witha king and the Jr. at YC is 640ish and has 2 queens and a day bed. Look over his thread it should help answer your question.

we stayed at a YC jr suite last November. I believe the Beach club has identical sized rooms. It had two queen beds and a couch/sofa that changed into a bed. So from that standpoint, you should be covered.

In either case, 5 people, 1 bathroom - pretty tough.

IMO the concierge would be worth quite a lot. Savings in breakfast alone, along with convenience, free pop/soda (still can't stop saying soda), afternnon snacks.
