Is anyone talking about Florida visitors quarantine for NY, NY & CT?

With universal opening June 5th I assumed travel ban lifted. But on another thread not case. Weird since some parts of Midwest are being hit and northeast on decline.

I just got an email today about my Florida State Park reservations, that start the 31st. It said anyone from LA, CT, NY, or NJ needs to cancel and will get a full refund - unless they can prove 14 day quarantine and documentation that they entered Florida 14 days prior to reservations.

Kind of weird, like we need passports to travel between states now since they want proof of arrival and where you were quarantined.
