Is anyone having luck eating here or getting a reservation when you check in? We are checking in Aug. 18 and would love to eat here but I had heard you can only eat here if you buy the harry potter package????

That's only for breakfast and there have been people here reporting that they ate breakfast there and they didn't have a package. Anyone can eat there for lunch and dinner.

As damo said the packages are only for the breakfast and plenty of people have eaten there without..It is a CS place

You do not need reservations. We ate there for breakfast and it was not crowded at all due to everyone being in line for Gringotts. There is a person standing at the front. He asked us if we had reservations. We said, "no " and he said, " you do now!" He then let us in. At lunch the next day, we got in, but the line was quite long. It moved fast though and we didn't have to wait long for our food. We loved everything we ordered!

That's exactly what happened with Three Broomsticks as well. Universal Vacations swore that nobody without a package would be able to eat breakfast there but lots of people did.

I was there yesterday, around 9AM and got in for breakfast, no problem!

I had the pancake breakfast...delicious! best croissant i've ever had (that isn't saying much as I don't usually eat croissants, but thought I'd mention it), and first time i tried pumpkin juice...REALLY good!

Staff was great too!

We we're there yesterday, walked in, no reservation, at about 9:30-9:40.

Interesting place. Food was Ok. Pancakes were good. Scrambled eggs were bland as bland can be .................. we really were in England or Scotland ...... hahaha!

Opening day and the day after they were not letting in non reservations. I walked up and asked. Which was crazy because there was not that many people in there. We were going to do breakfast. Maybe we will try next week.

I didn't have scrambled eggs with my breakfast, so maybe that's why I had a higher rating....mine had pancakes, sausage, bacon and croissant
